Mainstream Technologies has successfully completed its annual Statement of Controls (SOC) audit, providing risk management information for customers of its managed IT cybersecurity and hosting services.

The audit, conducted by a third party expert, verifies the policies and procedures Mainstream uses in monitoring and managing customer information systems to ensure the availability, integrity, and security of those systems.

Mainstream is among a small handful of technology providers in Arkansas that subjects itself to the rigor and expense of a SOC audit and has done so since 2011.

“Our customers operate under enhanced regulatory requirements and our SOC audit provides them with independent assurance that our company and services meet their needs,” Mainstream President John Burgess said.

Since 1996, Mainstream has served clients from its Arkansas locations including headquarters in Little Rock, a second operations facility in Conway, as well as a sales office in Bentonville.

Mainstream serves business and government customers across the nation with managed IT services, custom software development services, cyber security services, and hosting.
