Little Rock lender opens new mortgage office in Fayetteville

Rock Mortgage, a division of Bank of Little Rock Mortgage, has opened a Fayetteville branch office in the Bellafont development north of Joyce Boulevard.
The 1,350-square-foot office on Augustine Lane has two full-time employees: branch manager Tina Sewell and loan officer Martin Perez.
Rock Mortgage had a satellite office in the market for several years, inside the Weichert, Realtors-The Griffin Co. real estate office on U.S. Highway 71B in Springdale. This is the company’s first standalone office in Northwest Arkansas.
Sewell has worked for the company for about 10 years, sandwiched around a short stint with Little Rock-based Bank of the Ozarks. She rejoined Rock Mortgage in November and said the Northwest Arkansas office has completed about $4 million in residential loans since Jan. 1 of this year.

lending.com.
The company now has 16 offices spread throughout Arkansas, Missouri, Florida, Alabama and Utah. Half of the branches are in Arkansas.
Clinton Bennett, first vice president with CBRE Inc. in Fayetteville, handled the leasing agreement between the building owner (Bellafont Properties LLC) and the mortgage office.
