The new facility for Roller Weight Loss & Advanced Surgery in Fayetteville was recently given a 2016 “Excellence in Construction” award from the Associated Builders & Contractors Arkansas chapter.

The facility, at 1695 E. Rainforest Road off of Joyce Boulevard, was completed this past December. Roller Weight Loss occupies about 12,400 SF of the 27,700-SF property. The other spaces have been leased and will be completed in May, according to a press release.

Roller Weight Loss was included in the category of health care facilities between $2 million and $5 million.

“We are excited about the ‘Excellence in Construction’ recognition and are proud of our new facility,” medical director Dr. Josh Roller said, according to the press release. “I am excited to debut our state-of-the-art office during our open house event in May.”

Roller Weight Loss, along with Kinco Constructors LLC of Springdale, received recognition for the honor during the ABC State Convention & Excellence in Construction Awards on April 9 at the Clarion Resort in Hot Springs.

“Kinco takes great pride in being selected as the construction manager for this exceptional facility,” Marc Dillard, vice president of Northwest Arkansas operations, said in the release. “We are equally proud and honored to be recognized with this Excellence in Construction award by our peers at the Associated Builders and Contractors.

“It was clearly a team effort, and we would like to acknowledge the design team, led by Miller Boskus Lack Architects and all of our subcontractors and vendors,” Dillard said.
