What one word best describes you? Grateful.

What do you consider the greatest achievement of your professional career? Building a team of exceptional people in every division and department at Multi-Craft.

What was your first job? I went to work for a small mechanical contractor as a backhoe operator when I was 18.

What got you pointed toward your current career? After working as a backhoe operator for six months, I was asked to begin an apprenticeship program as a plumber and pipe fitter.

Do you plan to be in NWA five years from now? I plan to stay in NWA. I have seen 50 years of amazing growth, and I am eager to see how the region continues to grow and prosper. I am especially interested in the transformation and redevelopment of downtown districts.

What’s something interesting about you that people would be surprised to learn? I was on the mile relay team in high school. Either Coach Edens didn’t like me, or he was just prepping me for football.
