American Legacy “Know Your History” Mobile Museum

In honor of Black History Month in February, The Fort Smith Museum of History will host the American Legacy Mobile Truck Museum on February 6 and 7. Sponsored by the Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Sorority, “Know Your History” is a mobile traveling museum filled with photos, stories and interactive learning stations that celebrate the African American experience. The eighteen-wheel trailer transformed into a museum will take visitors on a historical journey in black history. The sorority wants to present to the community an enriching experience, free of charge that correlates with the celebration of Black History Month. Visit the “Know Your History” mobile exhibits in the parking lot of the Fort Smith Museum of History.
