An Evening of Trombone Music

The Reynolds Room of the Smith-Pendergraft Campus Center will resonate with sounds of the trombone on Sept. 21 when the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith Music Department presents an “An Evening of Trombone Music.”
The 7:30 p.m. free concert will feature Senior Airman Michael Mannella, principal trombone with the Air Force Band of Liberty at Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts, and Dr. Alexandra Zacharella of Fort Smith, assistant professor of low brass and director of bands at UA Fort Smith. Also on the program will be the UA Fort Smith Trombone Choir and guest trombonists.
