Haynes Ltd. Bucks Skyline Trend

Apparently Haynes Ltd. is bucking the Benton County trend for commercial lease space.
In February the Arvest Bank Group Inc.-commissioned Skyline Report said there was a 67 percent decline in fourth-quarter commercial building permits for both Benton and Washington counties, and a 20.4 percent vacancy rate for office space in Rogers.
But Collins Haynes said his developments in that town are going gangbusters. All of the company’s space at the Peaks is leased with another 40,000-SF building planned there. Across the road, offices at MetroPark are leased, with another 71,000 SF in the works, and the group is bidding two other buildings: a 70,000-SF, five-story and a 30,000-SF two-story which are both “substantially pre-leased.”
