Mary’s Approaches $30 Million Mark

We hear Mercy Health System of Northwest Arkansas is expecting a few substantial donations in the coming weeks toward its St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation capital campaign.
The donations should push the total amount raised past the $30 million mark, more than 75 percent of the $40 million goal of the campaign. At last check, the campaign has raised about $28 million.
The campaign is to help fund a $140 million hospital under construction southeast of the New Hope Road/Interstate 540 intersection in Rogers. The 350,000-SF medical center will have the capacity for more than 200 beds and also includes a medical office building that can accommodate 90 physicians.
