A representative from The Barber Group of Springdale confirmed that its subsidiary company, Homeworks Inc., has landed a substantial building project.
A group of out-of-state investors contacted The Barber Group about constructing 100 affordable homes in Benton County. No decisions have been made on the location, exact size or prices of the homes. Barber will serve as the builder only, not the developer.
Homeworks is the residential development and construction arm of the company. Brandon Barber is the chairman and CEO of The Barber Group.
