Kyles, Compton Begin Kyleton

Josh Kyles, formerly of Hull & Co. in Bentonville, has joined forces with Chris Compton to form a new real estate firm. Kyleton Real Estate Group LLC will focus on commercial property sales and development.

Compton will perform the accounting functions of the Bentonville-based business, and Kyles will focus on real estate. Community Bank of Northwest Arkansas of Rogers is financing the venture. Kyleton will be the leasing agent on all of the property in the 42-acre Rainbow Business Park. Kyles and Compton — along with partners Jeff Smithers, the Compton family and Collins Haynes in Rainbow Holdings II — recently bought 10 more acres for the park from Sam Morrison in August, bringing the original 32-acre site up to 42 acres.

Rainbow Holdings II will construct two 15,000-SF buildings, of which Kyleton will occupy 2,500 SF in the first one completed. Kyles, Compton and Haynes also own seven acres across the street from Rainbow Business Park, which they plan to market.
