Nabholz Construction Corp. in Rogers topped the list of the region’s largest commercial contractors.
The firm led the pack with about $250 million in revenue in 2003.
Meanwhile, Bentonville Plaza, a project owned by Pitcaim Properties of Jenkintown, Pa., and built by Hensel Phelps Construction Co. of Little Rock, was the largest commercial project in the region. Bentonville Plaza is valued at $30 per SF. It is a 245,000-SF project.
