Heritage Springs

Heritage Land Title of Arkansas Inc. will open a Siloam Springs office by the end of the year. The company plans to lease about 1,800 SF in the city’s Ravenwood Center commercial development.r

The office will start out with about three employees. Heritage already had locations in Fayetteville and Rogers with a combined 32 employees.r

Brian Irwin, the firm’s vice president, said Heritage simply felt Siloam Springs was being under served.r

The new office will offer title services and insurance orders, transaction closings for business assets and real or personal property. It will also do 1030 tax exchanges through its sister firm, Heritage Exchange LLC.r
