Bank of America Asset Management Group has opened an office in Rogers’ Pinnacle Tower II (the south one) on Pinnacle Point Drive.
Don Gibson, BOA’s state president, is also market executive for the Charlotte, N.C., firm’s mid-central private banking region, which includes Arkansas, Oklahoma and southwest Missouri. He said the 4,000-SF Rogers office opened in late June.
But the expansion has so far been a quiet one because BOA has been adding amenities to its new digs in preparation for a publicity campaign.
“We’ll continue to have our private banking office on the Fayetteville square, and our trust department will continue to be housed there,” Gibson said. “We’re just making it easier to meet the client whether they’d like us to be in Rogers, Fayetteville, their home, boat, office or wherever.”
Gibson said BOA’s Pinnacle team will include five private bankers, a market executive for trusts, a portfolio manager, a Bank of America Premier banker and one Bank of America Investments executive. There’s also a likelihood that the Rogers BAI division will ramped up for serious growth.
BOA Premier is for bank customers with $250,000 worth of combined deposits, investments, lines of credit and loans (including a first mortgage). BAI is a financial advisory division with tons of products and services.
There’s even a chance that Lynn Reaser, BOA’s chief economist and a frequent guest on CNBC, will be making a visit to help kick off the new office.
