The Former K-Mart Building at 2331 W. 6th St. in Fayetteville was inadvertantly omitted from the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s June 9 Commercial Lease Guide. The property is for sale at $2.6 million, but could also be divided and leased for $3.75 per SF. Sperry Van Ness Nabholz Properties of Conway is listing the 74,676-SF building that was constructed in 1979. The property is one mile from the University of Arkansas.
