Northwest Health Merger Focuses on Women

Effective July 1, Northwest Health System replaced Medisphere Inc. of Nashville, Tenn., in managing Willow Creek Women’s Hospital.
Bill Bradley, CEO of Northwest, said acquiring the 98,000-SF facilities was beneficial in providing a higher quality of health care to area residents.
Obstetrics and gynecological services from Northwest Health Medical Center of Washington County, the Northwest System’s flagship hospital in Springdale, will be relocated to Willow Creek this fall. There are also plans to relocate Northwest’s neonatal intensive care unit to Willow Creek within 12 to 18 months, Bradley said.
