Gaylord Willis, owner of Uncle Gaylord’s Mountain Cafe at 315 W. Mountain St. in Fayetteville, opened David’s Restaurant and Bar on April 4 at 9 S. School Ave.

David Rodriguez, who was employed at Uncle Gaylord’s, is manager of David’s.

Willis said David’s will feature Italian and Mexican cuisine. The two-story, 2,300-SF restaurant also has a full bar.
