Flake & Kelley Management of Little Rock will open an office in Northwest Arkansas soon.
A temporary office will be at One Corporate Square — a.k.a. the IBM building — in Fayetteville, but it will eventually move into the six-story office tower planned for Rogers (see previous whisper).
Blake Lazenby, vice president at F&K, will be the general manager for the Northwest Arkansas office.
F&K also manages Northwest Village, the commercial complex that is home to Toys R Us, Barnes & Noble and Pier 1 Imports among others. It manages some buildings on Millsap Road, too, just east of North Hills Medical Park.
