Powerhouse Begins Catering Operation
Powerhouse Seafood & Grill in Fayetteville recently began catering events. A brochure from the restaurant said it will cater everything from family picnics to wedding receptions.
Staceylynn Hoaglan, catering and banquets director, said the restaurant received so many requests for catering, the owners, Layne Caudle and Trish Heckathorn, decided to open a catering operation.
So far, Hoaglan said, she has catered four receptions. The maximum size of event the restaurant will cater is 150 people, she said.
Hoaglan said Powerhouse Seafood will cater other meals — such as Italian and sandwiches — in addition to its specialty, which is seafood.
