From CEO to Baseball Star

We noticed an interesting item for sale on eBay in early June. It was a Rawlings baseball autographed by David Glass, former CEO of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and current owner of Major League Baseball’s Kansas City Royals.
The price? It was going for $10 when we spotted it, but the auction had another six days to go (ending on June 13).
“Autograph was obtained in person at Royals Stadium in Kansas City,” the eBay posting stated.
Maybe all those Wal-Mart employees have stacks of canceled paychecks signed by Glass that they could put on eBay for $10 a pop.
