SH&S LP of Bentonville on Dec. 8 got a loan of $1 million from Bank of Bentonville to build an office complex. The 20,000-SF complex will be at 813 S.W. Raintree Lane at the Raintree Business Center. Nine suites, all occupied by Wal-Mart vendors, are in the center.
