Edgewater Technologies Inc.

In conjunction with its diminishing Fayetteville presence, Edgewater Technologies Inc. announced on Sept. 11 that its Edgewater Technology division has expanded its presence in the Midwest by opening a new Solutions Center in Hopkins, Minn.

The company, a provider of e-strategy, e-solutions and Internet outsourcing services for its clients in the mid-sized market, will use the new location to handle the increased growth in employees and clients that it has experienced since opening an office in Bloomington, Minn., earlier this year.

The division, the most successful subsidiary of the company formerly known as StaffMark Inc., has won awards for its e-business consulting and systems integration capabilities.

Edgewater’s old corporate offices in Fayetteville are now owned by the securities firm, Stephens Inc. A slow retreat to Wakefield, Mass., is expected to pull Edgewater completely out of Northwest Arkansas within the next calendar year.
