WB Hotels LLC purchased a building permit worth $3.34 million for the new Residence Inn going up in Springdale.
Construction has begun on the hotel, which is shooting for an opening date of May 1. It will be at 1735 S. 48th St. in Springdale. WB Hotels LLC consists of Gary Brandon and Dewey Weaver Jr.
