Unique Development Gets Mortgage Note
The Harvey and Bernice Jones Charitable Trust of $11.5 million was formally organized July 19 in a mortgage note for the Har-Ber Meadows Development in west Springdale.
The 425-acre, 677-lot planned community off U.S. Highway 412 in Springdale was once the childhood family farm of Bernice Jones, the Springdale philanthropist who has financed much of the development.
Har-Ber Meadows is one of only about 50 neotraditional planned communities in the nation. The design has its homes built closely together.
