Siccardi Refinances Business, Residences

Frank Siccardi, founder and president of Coenco Inc. in Fayetteville, consolidated loans for his business and residence space with two from First State Bank of Lonoke totaling $657,962. The refinancing was done Jan. 31.
Siccardi said Coenco, a designer and manufacturer of environmental controls for industrial, food processing and warehouse facilities, was under capitalized. The loans are simply helping the company keep up with production demands.
Coenco’s 20,000-SF production facility at 3532 N. Hughmont Road and Siccardi’s 6,000-SF of residential space at 3476 N. Hughmont Road sit on 10 acres of property.
The financing has allowed Siccardi to add 2,000 SF of manufacturing space and up his staff to 15 people.
