Clete and Tammy Brewer got a $1.1 million loan Oct. 22 from Bank of America in Fayetteville to buy residential property at 4301 W. Oak St. in Rogers.
Their new 9,746-SF home sits on 39.96 acres and includes a 7,088-SF first floor and five chimneys. The property was appraised in 1999 for $1,334,720.
Brewer is the CEO of publicly held StaffMark Inc. in Fayetteville.
