Boozman ?Har-Bers? Construction Opportunity

Boozman-Hof Regional Eye Clinic P.A. in Rogers is building a new office on a two-acre site at Har-Ber Meadows in Springdale. The land’s $392,040 sale on Feb. 25 marked the first commercial purchase in the subdivision that was developed by Jones Investment Co.

Boozman-Hof’s parcel is Lot 1, Block 41 of the subdivision’s Phase 12. It’s located at the northwest corner of Founders Park Drive and U.S. Highway 412, just to the west of the development’s main entrance.

Boozman-Hof is currently leasing space at 206 S. Blair St. in Springdale but will vacate that property when its new offices are complete.

First National Bank of Rogers provided the financing for the land acquisition. Brian Shaw at Irwin & Saviers Co. in Springdale and Kirk Elsass of Lindsey & Associates in Rogers brokered the deal.

Boozman-Hof acquired the land through its holding company, Genesis Partnership LLC. General contractor bids are still being let, but the firm is estimating the size of its future office at 8,000 SF.

Boozman-Hof hopes to break ground by fall.
