River Valley Homes of Springdale is building 68 homes at various residential developments around Northwest Arkansas. Bank of Arkansas is providing more than $4.7 million in financing for the work.
The company president is Marty J. Haest Jr.
His projects include $1.9 million worth of construction at Wobbe Gardens in Springdale, $1.4 million at Henry Hills Subdivision in Rogers and $680,000 each at Park Place in Springdale and Vista View Subdivision in Siloam Springs.
River Valley has 27 homes under construction at Wobbe that will sell from $62,000 to $80,000, 14 at Henry Hill that will range from $67,000 to $81,000, 10 at Park Place ($71,000 to $82,000) and 10 at Vista View ($65,000 to $80,000)
The homes will range in size from 1,000 SF to 1,280 SF and lot sizes will vary from 5,500 SF to 7,500 SF. The general contractor at all sites is River Valley Homes.
