Hansaben T. Bhakta and Terry Dill, through their company, Major Investments Inc. of Springdale, used a $1.6 million loan Dec. 22 to refinance their Best Western Windsor Suites at 1122 S. Futrall Drive in Fayetteville. Arkansas National Bank of Springdale provided the financing.
The 68-room hotel is on a 3.77-acre parcel and includes an indoor swimming pool, spa, fitness center and conference rooms. Thirty-nine of the 68 rooms are suites.
Bhakta and Ken R. Mourton, a Fay-etteville lawyer, built the $4.8 million Hilton Garden Inn last March at 2204 S.E. Walton Blvd. in Bentonville.
