Mark Carlson’s C&C Sales Inc. of Siloam Springs, which does business as Clean Concepts, got $1.1 million in bond financing Sept. 1 through the Arkansas Development Finance Authority.
The loan gives the company a 30,000-SF manufacturing facility and 10 acres of property adjacent to the Siloam Springs municipal airport.
