State Rep. Sara S. Agee (D-Prairie Grove) and Charles Agee, signed a $2.2 million mortgage April 22 with McIlroy Bank & Trust of Fayetteville as part of a split of several of the couple’s holding companies.
The mortgage was a refinancing of the property on the southeast corner of Lafayette Street and College Avenue containing Marvin’s IGA Grocery Store. The 32,893-SF store has 44,873 SF of asphalt parking, 2,976 SF of concrete parking and 1,982 SF of concrete paving.
The property is listed as tract one, blocks seven and eight, of the Masonic Addition to the city and was last appraised in 1995 for $755,450.
