Same Tune Gets Different Mortgage

Tune Construction Co. received a $1.1 million mortgage March 18 from Arkansas National Bank for work on its property at 2900 North College Ave.
It was signed for by Danny R. Tune, president; Michael R. Tune, vice-president; Dennis C. Tune, vice-president; Merry Tune, secretary; and Cynthia Tune, treasurer.
The company is building an 11,800-SF office building of which it has already leased about one-third of the space. The site includes about five acres and will include both a Sonic Drive-In restaurant and office space.
