Procter & Gamble is expanding its office space in Fayetteville by renovating its old office building on Millsap Road. The holding company, 755 Millsap Road LLC, remodeled Procter & Gamble’s old, 21,000-SF office building with a $745,000 mortgage from One Bank and Trust of Little Rock.
Partners in the limited-liability corporation include John J. Flake, Ronald E. Tabor, Henry C. Kelly Jr. and C. Keith Conly Jr. That group previously built Procter & Gamble’s 50,000-SF new office building, which is next door to the old one on Millsap Road.
The property includes 1.92 acres.
