Diane Bostick says her new business, Rainbow Printing Services, offers businesses in Northwest Arkansas the highest quality printing service at the lowest possible cost.

Bostick opened her business on March 1. She provides full design and detailed work for logos, letterheads, business cards, brochures, continuous forms, catalogs and other printed matter. She bids each job to several printing companies to ensure the lowest possible cost to her clients.

“Our job at Rainbow Printing Service,” she says, “is to save our customers money and to get them the very best quality product for the money they spend.”

Bostick explains that, through print brokering — bidding each job to several printers — she is able to save her clients valuable dollars and still maintain the highest possible quality. She said printers often bid on jobs according to how busy they are in their shops. A print shop with lots of work is likely to increase its bid on any particular job, so, by bidding her clients’ work to several shops, Bostick can save them money. Brokering, she says, can save a customer 10 percent to 40 percent on a print job.

Bostick says she likes to spend time with each client because personal contact allows her to know what her customers really want. After visiting with a customer, she writes up the client’s concepts and prepares a detailed quote before starting a project.

Otherwise, she says, “There is too much room for error.”

Rainbow Printing Service works with everything from small businesses, mom-and-pop operations, to major hospitals and businesses in the Northwest Arkansas area.
