Brian and Donna Buell refinanced a portion of their property at 2232 Arkansas Highway 45 in Goshen on March 8. He has an optometry practice in Fayetteville.
The loan from NationsBank of Fayetteville was for $600,000 and includes about 49 acres.
The Buells originally purchased 140.5 acres and their home on Feb. 25, 1987, for $338,000 from the Hissom Land & Cattle Co. Their home is currently listed as two stories with 5,232-SF of living space.
