John and Virginia Luther recently built three apartment buildings containing 18 units on Paris and Rochier streets in Fayetteville.
The $637,491 project includes 10 units at 1112 Rochier St. that include direct T-1 line access for fast computer-modem speeds. Interface Computer Center of Fayetteville installed the T-1 line.
Community Bank on East Joyce Boulevard in Fayetteville handled the Luthers financing.
All of the apartments are about 990 SF each. The units on Paris Street, which will be called Northridge Apartments, feature two bedrooms and all of the standard amenities.
