Commercial Center Comes to Bentonville

The Shearin-Hathaway Group closed a $520,000 deal between Airport Road Commercial Center Inc. and North Pro LLC.
The commercial center company, led by Ron Buckman and Bob Harlow, bought an existing, 5,600-SF building and a three-acre tract that will allow the group to build three more office complexes. It will include one 9,100-SF facility, one of about 9,000 SF and a third building of 4,000 SF.
The property at 304 Airport Road is near U.S. Highway 71 business, close to the intersection where the extension of Southeast 28th Street will intersect with Walton Boulevard.
North Pro is owned by Dr. Philip Brandon. Airport Road Commercial Center is still seeking tenants. Construction should begin sometime this summer.
