Crandall Builds New Apartments
A 20-unit apartment complex is being built at 911 Hughes St. near the University of Arkansas campus in Fayetteville. The facility will consist of one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 500 SF to 800 SF each.
Marc E. Crandall, president of Crandall Homes and Construction Services Inc., and Debra Crandall, secretary, received a $550,000 construction mortgage March 30 from Arkansas National Bank for the project.
Crandall Homes, with offices at 3066 N. Old Wire Road in Fayetteville, is also the general contractor.
The two-story apartments are fully equipped with appliances including washers and dryers. The apartment complex occupies four lots that span roughly three acres.
Construction is expected to be completed by August 15.
