C& B Expands Heritage Village
C&B Land and Cattle has started construction on the first eight of 43 homes in Phase II of its Heritage Village on Arkansas Highway 16 west of Fayetteville.
The company owned by Jennifer Bundrick, president, and Richard Bundrick, secretary, secured a $480,000 loan through McIlroy Bank & Trust of Fayetteville for the project.
The new homes will be about 1,400 SF and range in price from $85,000 to $90,000 and include lots of 120 feet by 60 feet. The city of Fayetteville is building a 4.5-acre park adjacent to the property.
C&B’s Phase I of Heritage Village included 100 properties ranging from $65,000 to $95,000 in price.
