Sellers Properties Inc. of Bentonville is building a 12,500-SF, steel-frame office building for Brass Eagle Inc. at 1201 Southeast 30th St. in Bentonville. The $837,500 structure will serve as Brass Eagle’s corporate headquarters.

The two-acre site was owned by Colon Washburn, Jack McHaney and Louis Yarborough through their Mid Cities Crossings LLC. Mid Cities still has about 32 acres of commercially-zoned property left at the site.

The company is selling and leasing property or building to suit. Closing work on the building is on going.
