Harold J. King, through its parent company King Industries Inc., refinanced his 12,700-SF building at 715 N. Bloomington Highway (71 Business) in Lowell.

The $601,816 loan received Jan. 4 through Arkansas National Bank of Bentonville included an assignment of rents from the building’s primary tenant, Precision Manufacturing Inc. Precision, a machine shop and metal fabricator employing 14 people, does metal work for Tyson Foods Inc. and George’s Inc. of Springdale and services tractor trailers for J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. of Lowell.
