The Northwest Arkansas Clinic for Women at 3276 North Hills Blvd. in the North Hills Medical Park in Fayetteville was sold July 31 for $880,000.
Councille & McAlister Investments sold the property to Washington Regional Medical Services. The deed was signed by Drs. Clifford C. Councille, Mark G. Pickhardt, Mitchell S. McAlister and Thomas H. Bradford, all as general partners.
The 6,690-SF medical clinic was built in 1992 and appraised in 1995 for $658,200. The partnership bought the land May 25, 1990, for $86,000 and built the clinic. Councille & McAlister Investments had received a $496,983 mortgage on the property May 1 from McIlroy Bank & Trust of Fayetteville.
