Trucking Company Buys New Building

E.T.A. Transportation Inc. of Bentonville received two mortgages from Arkansas National Bank on June 30 totaling $2.75 million.

Part of the money was used to purchase a building at 401 S.E. D St. The company bought the building from REM Developers for $150,000.

A $1.25 million mortgage from the bank was secured with a 50,000-SF building at 203 S.E. S St. in Bentonville. A $1.5 million mortgage was secured with both buildings.

Both loans were signed by David M. Ferguson as vice president and secretary of the company.

E.T.A. is a national logistics company that has been in business about six years.
