Three Apartment Buildings Secure $2.9 Million in Loans

HCL Properties of Fayetteville received three mortgages totaling $2.9 million that are secured by three apartment complexes.

The company received a $1 million mortgage from Laureate Realty Services Inc. of Charlotte, N.C., on July 1 that was secured by Briarwood Apartments in Rogers.

The loan was signed by Jim Lindsey as president of HCL Properties Management Company Inc. and general partner in HCL Properties.

The company received a $1.3 million mortgage July 1 that was secured with DelMar Apartments in Bentonville and a $575,000 mortgage July 14 that was secured by DelMar Apartments in Siloam Springs. All the loans were issued by Laureate and were signed by Lindsey.

HCL Properties consists of Gary Cuozzo, Walter Harber and Lindsey.
