James H. Lovel purchased a house in Fayetteville on May 27 for $58,000 from Kim and Lydia McClusky.
Lovel received a $57,900 mortgage from Arvest Mortgage Co. of Lowell on May 27 to finance the purchase. The loan was processed through McIlroy Bank & Trust of Fayetteville and is due June 1, 2028.
The 1,078-SF home at 220 E. Baxter Lane was built in 1954. It was appraised in 1995 for $56,200.
