Ozark Factory Outlet Adds New Clothing Company

Construction is scheduled to begin Feb. 1 on a 24,000-SF building that will be used for a new clothing store at the Ozark Factory Outlet Stores Inc. development in Springdale.
Ozark Factory Outlet Stores received a $660,000 mortgage from Farmers & Merchants Bank of Rogers to finance the construction. The building has been leased to Specialty Retailers Inc. of Houston, the parent company of Stage Department Stores. The store is expected to open by April 30.
Specialty Retailers has several clothing subsidiaries including Palais Royal, Bealls and Stage.
