Dandy Oil Co. Inc. of Springdale bought the Spotless Sparkle Car Wash in Bentonville on Dec. 22 for $645,000.
The purchase was financed with a $515,000 mortgage from McIlroy Bank & Trust of Fayetteville and a second mortgage of $130,000 to the former owner, Mary E. Hamilton. The loans were signed by Marvin Dandy as president of Dandy Oil Co. and Gary Dandy as secretary/treasurer.
Dandy Oil Co. owns several car washes in Benton and Washington counties. The company owns three Spot-Not Car Wash businesses in Fayetteville, two in Springdale, one in Rogers and one in Bentonville.
