New Office Space in Sunbridge Center
An $825,000 mortgage from the Bank of Arkansas in Fayetteville is being used to finance the construction of 12,600 SF of office space in the Sunbridge Center in Fayetteville.
Keating Enterprises Inc. received the loan Dec. 19. It was signed by Richard Keating as president of the company and George Keating as secretary/treasurer. Other members of Keating Enterprises are Thomas Keating and Stella Keating.
The company started construction on the office space Jan. 21 and expects to finish the project in about six months. Plans include erecting three buildings on the 1.3-acre lot. The largest building will be 6,000 SF with another building totaling 3,600 SF and another with 2,968 SF.
The Keatings bought three lots in the development from Mae Nettleship on Dec. 19. That purchase was financed with a $335,000 mortgage from the Bank of Arkansas. The property is owned by Keating Enterprises, which has a two-thirds interest, and Thomas Keating, who owns one-third.
The company already has built more than 30,000 SF of office and retail space in the Sunbridge Center since development started in 1996.
