Mitchell Massey, through his Coventry Properties II LLC, recently sold 28 units in the Coventry Meadows Condominiums to FCC LLC for $2.16 million. The condominiums are located on N. 7th St. in Rogers. Each unit is about 1,050 SF and includes two bedrooms and one-and-a-half baths. The units feature ceiling fans, large patios and attached garages. Community amenities include an in-ground pool and large open green space.

Massey purchased the 40-unit complex in 2003 from Collins Haynes and Bill Schwyart for $2.3 million.

Frank Higgins III and Brenda B. Higgins, co-trustees of The Higgins Trust, recently purchased a home in The Meadows subdivision of Fayetteville for $900,000.

The home at 5323 E. Sagely Ln. was purchased from Dennis and Cynthia Tune, who purchased the home in 2002 for $335,000.

Morton Builds Beauty School
Clayton Morton recently purchased two building permits for a total value of $829,042 to construct a Fayetteville campus of the Regency Beauty Institute on Steele Boulevard in Fayetteville. A 6,120-SF building at 4107 N. Steele Blvd. valued at $394,042 will serve as the school. A 6,525-SF building at 4115 N. Steele Blvd. valued at 435,000 will serve as administrative offices.

Commercial Leases Space Leased in Tuscany Square
Bird and Bear Medical Inc., a medical supply company based in Little Rock, recently signed a lease for two suites in the Tuscany Square Shopping Center at 2603 Pleasant Grove Road in Rogers.

They will be leasing suites 106 and 107 for a total of 4,025 SF.

Tuscany Square was built in 2006 and is anchored by a Wal-Mart Supercenter, Starbucks Coffee and Chick-fil-A.
