Peak Methods, UpTime Merge

Peak Methods Inc. headquartered in Tulsa, and UpTime Ltd., headquartered in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area, will merge the businesses to form Peak UpTime.

The merger will bring together two IT providers currently serving Oklahoma and the surrounding states. Peak UpTime will bring data and application integration to the region.

Peak UpTime will be headquartered in Tulsa, with locations in Oklahoma City, Kansas City and Louisiana. Gordon Martin, president of Peak Methods and future Peak UpTime president, said the company’s commitment to Oklahoma and surrounding states is evidenced by its actions. Team members of both companies will remain in place.

This announcement comes on the heels of Peak Methods’ acquisition of an applications development team, based in Oklahoma City, responsible for development of digital human intelligence software with multiple patents pending.
