Burned-out Building Receives Makeover

Reith Construction Inc. of Fort Smith is rebuilding the burned out structure at 501 N. Greenwood Ave.
Michael Reith, owner of Reith Construction, said he is gutting the building and will expand the structure from its original size of 4,000 SF to 5,500 SF. The new building will offer five new office spaces.
The building is owned by Hung Q and Mi Chi Truong. They purchased the property in July 2006 for $155,000.
